How to change your password:
  1. Click on "Account" in the upper right hand corner of your screen after you login.
  2. Enter a new password twice and click "Update" at the bottom of the page.

How to update a stored credit card:

  1. Click on "Account" in the upper right hand corner of your screen after you login.
  2. Under "My Profile" in the left hand navigation sidebar, select "My Credit Cards
  3. Select "Add Card" and enter the credit card information.
  4. Be sure to delete any credit cards you no longer wish to use.
  5. Important: Specify which credit card you would like to use as your default.

How to Load MP3 audio files onto your iPad or iPhone:

Files must be in a .zip file in order to download to an iPad or iPhone.
  1. Download an application that allows you to open .zip files.
  2. Tap and hold the link to the audio file and select "Save File As."
  3. Save the file to a location on your device and open using the application.

If you are having difficulty opening documents anywhere on the IFM website, you may need to upgrade your Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click here to download the free software.
