+ How does live
On the day of the live stream
broadcast, log in to your
IFM online account
. Click on "My Education" in the orange
navigation bar. Click "Launch" under the title of your course. This will
open a new window. In the new window, click "Launch Live Stream Player" to
enter the live streaming environment.
+ Is there a
registration deadline for the live stream
registration for live streaming will close at 4 pm Pacific on Tuesday, January 31. Registrations after this date are subject to a
$100 late fee.
+ What are
the live stream participation
Live participation February 2-4, 2017, is required for this IFM program. You must participate in
the broadcast by logging in to your unique IFM account to receive CME
credit and to fulfill IFM
requirements. Live stream login
information is unique and cannot be shared. Those who do not log in
through their own IFM account during the live broadcast will be removed
from the program and will not receive program materials, recordings, CME
credit, or credit toward the IFM Certification Program. Please note:
DCs cannot receive credit for attending live stream courses. Credit is
available to DCs who attend onsite.
+ Can I participate on
mobile device or tablet?

live broadcasts, beginning 1 hour before the start of the live
broadcast and until 30 minutes after the last session
+ Can I log in with

cancellation policy for live

are available only to participants. Just as is the case with
onsite courses, participation is limited to the paid registrant.

Yes, the Cardiometabolic APM will be offered February 2-4 and the Immune APM will be offered February 5-7. You may attend both for 6 days of content that will change the way you see patients.
