IFMCP graduates at the 2016 Annual International Conference, held May 12-14 in San Diego
This area of the website is intended to support approved IFM Certification Program candidates who are preparing to test in 2017. An approved candidate is someone who has completed an IFM Certification Program Application, submitted the supporting documents, and received notification of acceptance into IFM’s Certification Program.
To be eligible to take the April 2017 IFMCP written exam, an approved Candidate must have met the following requirements by January 4, 2017.
To be eligible to take the November 2017 IFMCP written exam, an approved Candidate must have met the following requirements by August 8, 2017.
|Successful completion of all the above requirements, plus a passing score on both the IFMCP written examination and case report, within 7 years from an approved application entitles the Candidate to the Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner designation.|

Testing Cohort Community:

and select "Communities." Your Cohort community will be listed in the drop down menu.
Testing Resource Center:
IFM has developed a Testing Resource Center (TRC) to assist 2017 IFMCP candidates who are preparing to submit a case report and sit for the written exam. Some key features of the Testing Resource Center include:
- A list of important announcements and deadlines regarding the IFMCP
- A comprehensive library of all IFMCP-related forms and publications
- Links to the case study tool, the study guide, and your local testing centers for the written exam
- Links to archived webinars to prepare you for the submission of the case report and written exam
Eligible candidates will receive access to the TRC approximately 3 months before the testing deadlines. See the Candidate Handbook
