Contact InformationWhat was your background before coming to IFM?
I received my degree in Business Management and began my professional career as a financial leader in a large real estate management organization. I later used my expertise to start my own consulting business, working with small companies and nonprofits to help grow their businesses. One of my clients was involved in delivering educational programs and I was inspired to change direction and pursue a career with a company whose mission was aligned with my interests and values.
How would members of the IFM community know you?
I joined IFM in 2001 when they first incorporated and have worn many hats over the years. I’m responsible for the site selection for our onsite programs, and I’m at each program overseeing the logistics, food and beverage, audio visual, and interacting with our partners. I also manage our Sponsorship program and work closely with our Corporate Leaders, sponsors, and exhibitors to make sure they are delivering the best educational information to our partners.
What would the IFM community be surprised to learn about you?
For 5 years, I owned a Bed and Breakfast on a small island in the Puget Sound that was listed in Forbes and “Best Places to Kiss.”
