You do not have to be enrolled in the Certification Program in order to register for this module, and modules do not have to be taken in any particular order. However, attendance at the 5-day Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice is highly recommended and AFMCP must be completed as part of the certification program. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than November 4, 2009 to be eligible for a full refund, less a $150 service charge.  Cancellations received after November 4, 2009 are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
