| Tell-A-Colleague |
To show our appreciation for spreading the word about functional medicine, we've created a Tell-A-Colleague program. Here's how it works: - For every colleague you refer to this year's symposium, we'll give you a $150 gift certificate to use toward IFM programs, publications, and membership. - Even if you can't attend yourself, you can still receive a gift certificate if your colleagues come to symposium. -To qualify for this program, the colleague(s) you refer must not have attended previous symposiums.
Send your colleagues to our website to view the symposium program schedule and to register. And be sure to tell them to mention your name.
You and your colleagues can also call Client Services at 1.800.228.0622 to register.
Hope to see you in Tucson!
Together we're changing the face of health care.

| AFMCP |
Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice is an intensive exploration of the best research and clinical experience available in the field today. We have organized the information into major categories of fundamental clinical imbalances that give rise to what we eventually diagnose as disease or primary risks of disease. In our case studies sessions, which follow the in-depth lecture presentations about the underlying science, you learn to sort and evaluate information to make it clinically applicable.
