Symposium Registration

Registrations are accepted through May 9, 2008. Thereafter, on-site registrations include a $50 service charge and are subject to availibility. IFM will be unable to continue to accept registrations (in advance or onsite) in the event that registration numbers exceed the maximum capacity at the conference site.

Tell-A-Colleague

To show our appreciation for spreading the word about functional medicine, we’ve created a Tell-A-Colleague program. Here is how it works:
For every colleague you refer to this year’s symposium, you’ll receive a complimentary registration to the
Preconference course on Thursday, May 22, 2008 (a $250 value).
To qualify for this program, the colleague(s) you refer must not have attended previous symposiums.
Send your colleagues to our website to view the symposium brochure and to register. Be sure to tell them to mention your name.
You and your colleagues can also call Client Services at 1-800-228-0622 to register.
