Annual International Conference 2012

Registration does not exist.

At the start of the conference you can fill out your online time-card to obtain a CME/CE certificate. Check the boxes and enter the time (if different than the automated minutes) next to the sessions you attended. Then hit “Save” (if you do not yet want to submit your timecard) OR check the box next to “I agree that I have entered the accurate time” and select “Save and Submit” at the bottom of the page when you are through. A CME certificate will be issued to you within 5 business days after submittal. If it is not, please contact IFM.
